The practice of improving how AI models represent your business by making your information structured, accessible, and usable in generated answers.

Verified Context

Structured, approved information about your business that AI models can reliably use when generating responses.

AI Representation Metrics

Mention

When your business appears in an AI-generated response.

Citation

When an AI model references your business as a source in its response.

Share of Voice

The proportion of AI responses in which your business appears compared to competitors.

Sentiment

The tone or framing used when AI models describe your business (e.g., positive, neutral, negative).

Platform Components

Prompt

A question or query used to evaluate how AI models respond (e.g., customer-style questions).

Visibility Trends

A view showing how your business performs across prompts over time, including mentions, citations, and share of voice.

Content Remediation

The process of identifying gaps in AI representation and generating content to address them.

Remediate Content

The action of generating structured content based on a prompt, your Knowledge Base, and your Brand Kit.

Drafts

A staging area for content that requires review before publishing. Content is saved to Drafts when a reviewer is assigned.

Publish

The action of making approved content available on machine-readable domains so AI models can access and use it.
