Overview

AI models are already describing your business in response to user questions.

Senso helps you:

  • understand how those models represent you
  • identify where that representation is incomplete or inaccurate
  • publish verified context to improve it

This guide walks you through your first end-to-end workflow.

Step 1 — Add Prompts

Go to My Prompts.

Prompts are the questions AI models answer about your business and category.

Add 5–10 prompts to start.

Examples:

  • “Best [category] providers”
  • “How does [your product] work?”
  • “Compare [your company] vs [competitor]”

Guidance:

  • Use customer-facing language
  • Avoid internal terminology

Step 2 — Run Evaluation

Once prompts are added, Senso evaluates responses across major AI models:

  • ChatGPT
  • Claude
  • Gemini
  • Perplexity

Senso converts responses into structured signals:

  • Mentions
  • Citations
  • Share of voice
  • Sentiment

No manual action is required.

Step 3 — Review Representation

Go to Visibility Trends.

This shows how AI models currently represent your business.

Focus on:

  • Whether you are included in responses
  • Whether you are cited as a source
  • How often competitors are cited instead

Interpretation:

  • No mentions → you are not being surfaced
  • Mentions without citations → low trust
  • Competitors cited → they are shaping the narrative

Step 4 — Identify Gaps

Go to Content Remediation.

This view highlights prompts where:

  • your business is not cited
  • competitors are cited instead
  • responses are incomplete or inconsistent

These are gaps in how your business is represented.

Step 5 — Generate Content

Select a prompt and click Remediate Content.

Senso generates structured content:

  • grounded in your Knowledge Base
  • aligned with your Brand Kit

This content is designed to be usable as a source by AI models.

Step 6 — Save, Review, and Publish

Generated content should be saved to Drafts.

From Drafts, you can:

  • Review and edit content
  • Assign a reviewer
  • Prepare content for approval

When ready, click Publish.

Published content is made available on machine-readable domains and becomes part of the context AI models can reference.

What to Do Next

After completing this guide:

  • Expand your prompt set
